As a student group that has a strong mission of helping local businesses grow and prosper, we go beyond being a Kiva trustee and offer strategy consulting services to help small businesses with all their needs. We also understand that not every business has the need for receiving external funds. Our consulting services are research-based and wide ranging with projects focused on financial analysis and growth strategies to social media and marketing methodologies.

Consulting for small businesses requires a greater amount of out-of-the-box thinking and creativity to accommodate for the lack of regularity in the lives of our clients. Before we start working on a project, it is imperative for us to understand every aspect of our client’s mission statement in order to put forth our best foot forward in furthering their goals.

To equip each Associate with the required expertise to consult small businesses, we host a Training Bootcamp at the start of every semester. This not only teaches you the required business skills but also develops your design thinking & visual communication skills to help you transform into an effective consultant.
